Guillermo Stábile (January 17, 1905 - December 27, 1966) born in Parque Patricios, Buenos Aires was a Argentine footballer and coach. Stábile is remembered as a prominent figure in football history and one of the first goalscoring heroes.
Stábile played for several clubs during his career; one in South America, three in Europe. He was, however most notable for being the top scorer in the first Football World Cup. His coaching career was also a success, leading Argentina to six Copa América titles.(Wikipedia)
